Caroline is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with an athletic background in Muay Thai and a strong appreciation for how the body moves, adapts, and responds to care. Originally from Montreal, she moved to British Columbia in 2015 and has made the Comox Valley home.

Her martial arts background shaped a lasting respect for discipline, movement, and the connection between physical activity and overall well-being. In practice, Caroline takes a thoughtful, whole-person approach to treatment, recognizing that health is influenced by physical, mental, and social factors. She works with patients to better understand their needs, support their recovery, and help them feel more capable in their daily lives.

Caroline’s treatments are grounded in therapeutic touch, clear communication, and a genuine interest in helping people take an active role in their health. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, lifting weights, or relaxing with her friends, family, and adorable blue healer.
