I want to empower patients so they are not dependent on a therapist, but will instead have the knowledge to foster their own active and dynamic lifestyle.

As a born-and-raised Vancouverite with a passion for health and wellness, I developed a fondness for yoga and a deep respect for resistance training. Years of both have taught me the benefits of mobility and mindfulness, and a fluency with fitness styles. Complimented by rigorous RMT training and subsequent Personal Training certification, I strategize with patients for symptom management and injury prevention while still delivering an effective and relaxing massage.

After graduating from Langara College’s leading RMT program, I've maintained an educational role throughout my career; first with privately tutoring new-graduates followed by instructing in the Langara Student Clinic, and most recently with the Ontario governing body mentoring therapists. I've taken advanced classes in spinal and regional orthopedics, myofascial techniques, cadaver labs, sports rehab, and I have pursued an advanced personal training certification.

I believe in focused, diagnostic care while not ignoring the broader holistic view. With experience in leading multidisciplinary clinics, I've enjoyed working with competitive athletes, car accidents with concussions and whiplash, as well as many surgical recoveries. Through a personalized assessment and treatment plan, I aim to help you achieve your goals by treating the body as a whole, using advanced techniques to address your concerns.
